Planning officials quietly shifted to new areas on reduced salaries, take note...
Can anyone shed any light on the suggestion that, according to Section 158 of the Planning Act and section 234 of the Local Government Act, it appears that planning officials are
personally liable
if found to consent to, connive in or approve planning wrong doing?
Is it true, as some allege, that the Conservation Officer's opinion over rides the City/County Manager's?
